  • Pitch engine: LFO-modulated fractional delay (Doppler wobble) via the shared vmmod core
  • Wow: three incommensurate slow sines (0.37 / 0.93 / 1.71 Hz) — drift that never repeats
  • Flutter: faster instability at 7.3 / 11.4 Hz
  • Age: lowpassed-noise wander (the un-periodicity that makes it tape) + HF dulling, 16 kHz → ~4.5 kHz
  • R channel phase-offset for gentle stereo width; hard bypass at Mix 0

  • ✅ Standalone app (WOW.app) — A minor chord test tone
  • ✅ AU (Audio Unit v3) — GarageBand, Logic Pro, REAPER, Ableton Live

  • AU → ~/Applications (open WOW.app once to register)
