v1.0.0-beta — What's new ▾
  • The simplest tone control — one knob seesaws the whole spectrum around a pivot
  • TILT (bipolar): left = darker (low boost / high cut), right = brighter (low cut / high boost), gentle ±9 dB at the extremes
  • PIVOT sets the see-saw axis — 200 Hz → 4 kHz, ~1 kHz at centre
  • Broadband 1st-order shelves, no resonance — a gentle seesaw, not a DJ sweep
  • Centre-detent TILT (and MIX 0) is bit-exact dry — no shelf-coefficient round-off

Requirements

  • macOS 13 Ventura or later
  • Apple Silicon (arm64) — Intel / Windows coming later
  • ✅ Standalone app (TILT.app) — A minor chord test tone
  • ✅ AU (Audio Unit v3) — GarageBand, Logic Pro, REAPER, Ableton Live

Install

  • AU → ~/Applications (open TILT.app once to register)
