  • The booth filter on one knob — centre is the channel wide open, turn it to sweep the whole track away
  • FILTER: bipolar, centre-detented — left winds a resonant lowpass ~18 kHz → ~40 Hz (muffle to silence), right climbs a resonant highpass ~20 Hz → ~14 kHz (thin to a whistle)
  • Dead-centre is a hard, bit-exact dry bypass — the wide-open channel, no colour
  • RESO: the club emphasis at the cutoff, auto-scaled higher toward the extremes so it sings as the filter nears full cut
  • DRIVE: gentle pre-filter saturation for warmth and loudness; folds out toward centre so the open channel stays clean
  • Exp cutoff law shared with the modulators (vmmod’s vm_expsweep) fed by the FILTER knob instead of an LFO; resonant state-variable filter (fi.svf)

  • ✅ AU (Audio Unit v3) — GarageBand, Logic Pro, REAPER, Ableton Live

  • AU → ~/Applications (open SWEEP.app once to register)
