  • BLOOM's hall reverb engine, long and open
  • Pitch-shifted feedback: +1 octave (plus a whisper of the fifth at higher settings) fed back into the reverb
  • Every pass climbs — the rising, angelic shimmer wash
  • Band-limited, DC-blocked feedback loop, capped below self-oscillation
  • Shimmer knob sets the regeneration amount

Requirements

  • macOS 13 Ventura or later
  • Apple Silicon (arm64) — Intel / Windows coming later
  • ✅ Standalone app (HALO.app) — sparse plucked test tone
  • ✅ AU (Audio Unit v3) — GarageBand, Logic Pro, REAPER, Ableton Live

Install

  • AU → ~/Applications (open HALO.app once to register)
